Businesses create landing pages, QR codes, and website embeds to capture leads from social media, in-store signage, and their own website. Every lead is automatically acknowledged over WhatsApp, then tracked through a sales pipeline where the business can follow up, send quotations, generate invoices, and collect payment — all from one dashboard.
Businesses that offer consultations can optionally connect their own Google Calendar to Insta Leads to schedule appointments with their leads. This section explains exactly what that connection does, in plain terms.
This connection is entirely optional, initiated by the business itself from their account Settings, and can be disconnected at any time — doing so immediately stops any further Calendar access.
