Do my buyers need an app or an account?
No. They open your store link, add products to the cart and pay. Their details are remembered on their phone for the next order.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own Razorpay account, or to your UPI ID for direct UPI orders. Insta Leads never holds or delays your payments.
Do I need a separate WhatsApp API plan for order updates?
No. WhatsApp order updates are included with Mini Store. If you have your own WhatsApp Business number connected, updates go from it.
Can buyers track their delivery?
Yes. Add the courier, tracking number and tracking link when you mark an order shipped. Buyers get them on WhatsApp and on their order page.
How many products can I list?
Up to 25 products with 4 photos each. Need more? Talk to us and we can raise the limit for your store.
What if someone doesn't finish paying?
