Pre-Book questions, answered.
What is Pre-Book?
Pre-Book is part of the Insta Leads Mini Store. Your buyers pick a day (and a slot such as Morning or Evening), add items and pay before your cut-off time. You get one prep sheet for each day instead of orders scattered across WhatsApp chats.
Do my buyers need an app or an account?
No. They open your store link from WhatsApp, Instagram or a QR code, choose a day, add items and pay. Their details are remembered on their phone for the next order.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own Razorpay or Cashfree account, or to your UPI ID. Insta Leads never holds your money. You can also let trusted buyers pay at pickup or on delivery.
Can I limit how much I make each day?
Yes. Set a daily limit for each product (for example 40 boxes of laddu) and a maximum number of orders for each slot or pickup spot. When a limit is reached, buyers see “Fully booked” and can pick another day.
Can I deliver instead of buyers picking up?
Yes. Add the apartment communities you deliver to, each with its own delivery fee, free-delivery amount and minimum order. Buyers choose their tower and flat, and you get a route sheet sorted by community, tower and flat.
What happens on festival days or when I'm away?
Close any date with a note for buyers, switch a single slot off, or mark products sold out for one day. Weekly closed days and holidays are skipped automatically.
Will buyers get reminders?
Yes. Buyers get a WhatsApp confirmation when they pay and a reminder on pickup day. You can message everyone at a spot in one tap if you are running late.
